Obama’s corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder weighed in on a possible Trump pardon if he is founded guilty of federal criminal offenses.
Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan asked Eric Holder about a possible Trump pardon.
Biden had his primary political challenger just recently detained and charged with federal criminal offenses.
Margaret Brennan asked Eric Holder, who was formerly kept in criminal contempt of Congress for failure to turn over files associated to his Fast and Furious scandal if he would counsel the next president to think about a pardon of Trump.
” Before I let you go, I wish to ask you to place on your attorney general of the United States hat once again. Would you counsel President Biden, or the next president, whoever that is, to think about a pardon of the 45 th president of the United States, either prior to or after a theoretical conviction,” Margaret Brennan asked Eric Holder.
” I believe I ‘d look– inform the president, the next attorney general of the United States, you understand, to let the– let the system do its work, attempt the cases, see what the outcomes are, and after that deal with that founded guilty president or anyone else who is founded guilty as any other individual would be dealt with,” Holder stated.
” Pardons usually are for individuals who reveal regret and after that who have actually done things that reveal that they have actually turned their lives around. If those sort of decisions can be made with regard to the previous president or any person else who is founded guilty, yeah, I would support that. In the lack of something like that, I do not believe that would be a smart thing to do,” Holder stated.
