House Speaker Kevin McCarthy Tuesday early morning stated FBI Director Wray has up until today to turn over the Joe Biden bribery plan file or face contempt charges.
” I have a message for FBI Director Christopher Wray: If he misses out on today’s due date to turn over subpoenaed files to Congress, I am prepared to move contempt charges versus him.” McCarthy stated on Tuesday early morning.
” He can send us the file. We have a right to take a look at that. Republicans and Democrats alike because committee and if he does not follow through with the law, we will move contempt charges versus Christopher Wray and the FBI. They are not above the law,” he stated.
